Order Cancellation

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return as per our Returns Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Partial Cancellation

Partial cancellation of multi-item orders may be possible before dispatch. Contact our support team for assistance.
