Is the jewellery real gold or diamond?
Diamond Dew pieces are premium fashion and imitation jewellery, designed to look elegant and feel comfortable. Unless a product page specifically says otherwise, items are not made of real gold or natural diamonds.
We use high-quality plating and stones so you can shine every day without the luxury-store price.
How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, add pieces to your cart, and checkout. You can pay online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or choose Cash on Delivery where available.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available across most pin codes in India. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery pincode.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas and festive seasons may take a little longer. Tracking details are shared on SMS/WhatsApp once the courier picks up your parcel.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can request a return within 3 days of delivery if the piece is unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported on WhatsApp within 24–48 hours with photos. Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days. Read the full policy on our Returns & Refunds page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we send tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also view status anytime under My Orders after logging in.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with unboxing photos of the outer pack, invoice, and product.
After verification we will arrange a replacement or refund. Return shipping is covered by us in these cases.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep pieces away from water, perfume, hairspray, and lotions. Store them in the box or a dry pouch after wearing.
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid sleeping or bathing in your jewellery. See our Jewellery Care Guide for more tips.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship pan-India through trusted courier partners. Shipping charges apply below the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout.
